FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do spectators need to sign a waiver?
Yes, we require an active waiver for everyone in the building even for those who won't be participating.
Do I need to sign a new waiver for each visit?
You shouldn't need to, no. Our waivers are valid for 2 years after date-of-signature. Updating our waiver also forces us to void all past waivers but that's an extremely rare thing we do!
Is there a physical waiver I can sign in person?
There is not, no. Our waivers are strictly digital and can signed in person using waiver kiosks we have or you can always sign it here beforehand!
What's the benefit of copying the waiver link?
We recommend all party guests or guests coming with a group to pre-sign our waivers. To make this easier, you can easily copy the link and send it to whoever you'd like!
Do I need to provide correct info?
You do. Our crew will not accept waivers that are invalid. A waiver is deemed invalid when incorrect info such as fake names, nicknames, initials, and incorrect birthdays are entered in place of accurate info. Guests who refuse to add accurate and correct info will be refused service.
How old do I need to be to sign a waiver?
Due to the nature of the waiver, we require that all guests signed be at least 18 years old. Minors need to be added as such under an adult's waiver. You'll be prompted to add a minor during the waiver process.
