We actually don't recommend dropping children off at the park no matter the age and never will. Being in the business we're in, emergencies can happen at any time and if we can't get in touch with you, our policy is to contact emergency services immediately. 

Jumpers who are ages 2 and under get free admission with purchase of another pass or when attending alongside an active member. What this means is that, no, you don't need to purchase a pass for a toddler if they're always attending with a sibling, for example. If they're going to be attending as the only jumper, then they'll fall into our pricing bracket for ages 5 and under.

We do not charge for spectators whatsoever but we do require active waivers for everyone within the park so you would still need to sign one. And. with comfy couches all throughout the park, you'll be able watch the kiddos play in comfort!

We frequently run promotions through our social media and through mass-text/email but we do have a few discounts that are always-running and those are our Military, First-Responder, Group, and Special Needs discounts! Details on those discounts can be found in the PARK INFO tab under DISCOUNTS.

Yes, we require Grip Socks for all jumpers. They do not have to be from one of our locations but some grip material on the bottom of the sock is needed. This helps keep you more stable and safe while ensuring a cleaner park.
