Do Punch Passes expire?
Yes, they do. A Punch Pass expires 1 year (365 days) from the date it was originally purchased.
Can I add on more jumpers on the day of my party?
You can but we don't recommend it. We prep for our parties about a day or two in advance and plan based on the jumper count at that time so adding guests day-of, while allowed, can result in there not being enough reserved space for everyone.
When can I redeem my Punch Pass?
You can redeem your Punch Pass at any time so long as the park is open to the public.
Punch Passes can be sold during private events or sold-out sessions
Can I use the Punch Pass for anyone or just one jumper?
You can use your Punch Passes for as many different people you'd like so long as you still have punches remaining?
How do I check how many punches I have remaining?
To check, just reach out to us via text and let us know what name or phone number the Punch Passes would be under. We can then confirm how punches you have remaining!
Can I split up each 90-Minute Pass into, say, 2 45-Minute Passes?
You can not. Each punch is a single 90-Minute Pass and that 90 minutes cannot be divided between multiple jumpers.
What if I don't use all my punches before the expiration date?
We won't be able to extend any Punch Passes in order to redeem more passes and cannot do a partial refund either for any unused punches. Our Punch Passes run a Use-It-Or-Lose-It system.
