Yes, the birthday child would be counted as one of the party jumpers.

If they have a membership and it's redeemable the day of the party, they can just check in using their membership and still jump with the party. Guests who check in using a membership are not counted as a party jumper which influences the total amount of pizza and drinks. They also will not receive any of the things provided for the party jumpers such as grip socks or ice cream, if applicable.

While outside food is not typically allowed in, we'll gladly welcome in any guest with cake and/or some other dessert. Pizzas and other food is not allowed. For desserts, we do have extra space in our fridges and freezers where we can store your items for the duration of your party.

You do NOT need to book a party package to bring in a dessert.

You do, yes. We require a $125 deposit and that deposit is a part of your grand total. We'll bring you a bill for the remaining balance on the party near the end of your party and get it taken care of then!

If you cancel your party more than 2 weeks (14 FULL DAYS) before the date it is scheduled for, we can refund your deposit entirely. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your party/event date, it will be handled on a case-to-case basis with our management team.

You can also reschedule your party for another day that'd work better for you!

You can but we don't recommend it. We prep for our parties about a day or two in advance and plan based on the jumper count at that time so adding guests day-of, while allowed, can result in there not being enough reserved space for everyone.

You can book over the phone if we have an available representative who knows how to book a party. Parties can always be booked online and that's what we recommend. You can also text us at 801-346-2118 saying that you'd like to book a party and we'll be able to have some reach out as soon as they can!
