FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the cancellation policies?
There are no cancellation or initiation fees as well as no commitment. What this means is that you can cancel a Month-To-Month membership at any time with no punishment. All cancellations are done through an online form which can be found here on our website. We do require that at least a 2-day notice be given for cancellation to ensure enough time for our team to process your form.
Refunds will not be offered for any monthly recurring membership that wasn’t cancelled properly and on time, regardless of the usage of said membership.
What are the usage policies?
So long as the park is open to the public and it’s within the days of the week that your membership is redeemable, you are more than welcome to come in and use your membership! Unless your membership grants you unlimited jumping for the day, you cannot leave the park for an extended duration of time and return to use your membership that same day.
You can use your membership at either location but you can only visit one park on any given date.
Once a waiver has been attached to a membership, which happens on the first use, we are not able to change the waiver and who the membership can be used for, regardless of which payment plan you’re on.
How old does a member need to be before I can drop them off?
We don't recommend dropping children off at the park, no matter the age, and never will. If you are dropping kids off, there's two things we need you to know.
1. Being in the business we're in, emergencies can happen at any time and if we can't get in touch with you, our policy is to contact emergency services immediately.
2. If the kids break too many rules or don't listen to our staff then we will need to ask them to leave the facility and they will need to be picked up within a reasonable time or we'll have to contact the authorities so they can take it from there.
Do I need to purchase a membership for a toddler?
Jumpers who are ages 2 and under get free admission with purchase of another pass or when attending alongside an active member. What this means is that, no, you don't need to purchase a membership for a toddler if they're always attending with a sibling, for example. If they're ever going to be attending as the only jumper, then we'd certainly recommend getting them a membership as well!
Do I need to purchase a membership for a parent/spectator?
We do offer Parent Add-Ons for our Basic and Elite Memberships but you're not required to purchase that. If you plan on participating with the children, we'd certainly recommend it! If you just plan on bringing the kids and spectating, you do not need a membership BUT you will still need an active waiver as we require waivers for everyone in the building.
If you do purchase a Parent Add-On, please know that it is it's own membership entirely so it would need to be cancelled if you're on a Month-To-Month plan.
Do I qualify for a discount on my membership?
For all that they do, we offer discounts on our memberships for active and retired members of the military as well as first responders. We offer 20% off the first month for Basic and Elite Memberships on the Month-to-Month plan only. That discount only applies to the first payment so any recurring payments will not be discounted. This offer is only available in person and we will need to see an ID or a badge so please don't forget to bring that!
How can I update my payment method?
To update your payment method, we'll need you to reach out to us so we can find the memberships and send over a link where you can update the card!
