How much of a notice do I need to give on cancellation?
We ask for a 2-day notice on cancellation. Our management team does need to manually process your form which takes time. We'll send over a confirmation text once it's been processed!
Do I need to cancel a Parent Add-On?
Yes. The Parent Add-On is it's own membership that requires you to cancel it alongside the kid's memberships. Please don't forget to do this as we'd hate to keep charging you for something you don't plan to use!
Do I get to finish out the month I've paid for when I cancel?
You do! You always get to jump up to the day that the memberships would have renewed. For example, if June 15th is your next renewal and you cancel before that, you can still jump through June 14th!
Can I cancel over the phone or in person?
We only do our cancellations through our online form. This helps keep us accountable and means we don't accidentally miss or forget to cancel your memberships. You get emailed a copy of the form once submitted and we'll text you once it's been processed!
How do I know when my form has been processed?
We'll send over a confirmation text to the number provided on the form once it's been processed!!
Can I pause a membership and restart it again later?
We recommend just cancelling the membership entirely and repurchasing whenever you're ready. With no fees on cancellation or start-up, there's no downside to going that route!
What is the Stay & Play offer and how does it work?
The Stay & Play offer allows for the members to jump for one more month at at 50% off! We apply a credit equal to 50% of the renewal charge and put through a delayed cancellation so the next renewal is the last. Just make sure you list all the correct names and we only cancel the memberships that are listed.
